Abstract
In order to secure the implementation of the standard processes, it is advisable to evaluate their implementation. This will establish a basis for continuous improvement and for addressing any significant gaps in the IT organization.
One approach to doing this is to introduce a form of certification that would enable one to demonstrate the quality of the organizational rules and their effectiveness to customers and to the management. This can promote trust and reduce the effort required for individual evaluations.
