Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird die Bedeutung der Unternehmenskultur für die interne und externe Kommunikation von Unternehmen näher betrachtet. Nach einer begrifflichen Einordnung von Unternehmenskultur sowie der Eingrenzung von Erfolgskriterien der internen und externen Kommunikation werden die kommunikationsförderlichen sowie kommunikationshinderlichen Wirkungen der Unternehmenskultur analysiert, insbesondere im Hinblick auf starke und auf kontextualisierte Unternehmenskulturen. Die sich ergebenden Konsequenzen für die interne und externe Kommunikation von Unternehmen werden diskutiert.
