Zusammenfassung
Below-the-Line-Kommunikation ist mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil der Markenkommunikation. Als taktische Maßnahmen oder als eigenständige Strategien sorgen überraschende Kampagnen online und offline für Bekanntheit und dienen der Profilierung von Marken. Die beiden kreativen und zeitgemäßen Strategien Guerilla und Viral Marketing fordern strategisches und kreatives Handeln. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Facetten dieser besonders aktivierenden Instrumente im Marketingmix. Hierzu werden Chancen und Risiken diskutiert, aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse präsentiert und zentrale Handlungsempfehlungen für den Einsatz in der Praxis gegeben.
