Zusammenfassung

Achtsamkeit schenken, so beschreibt es Shares (2013), ist eine Fähigkeit, die uns bereits im Kindergarten beigebracht wird. Stellen Sie sich einen Raum voll mit 3- bis 5-Jährigen vor. Kleine Persönlichkeiten voller Energie mit wenig Konzept was die Selbstkontrolle und Eigenverantwortung betrifft. Ihnen wird immer wieder gelernt Aufmerksamkeit auf eine Sache, Person oder Aktivität zu richten. Auch in der Schule zieht sich dieser Prozess weiter. Wer kennt nicht den Aufruf des Lehrers ihm zuzuhören, damit die Schüler seinen Erläuterungen, Beschreibungen und Geschichten aufmerksam folgen.
