Zusammenfassung
Das vorliegende Kapitel gibt einen systematischen und umfassenden Überblick über zentrale Anwendungssysteme zur Realisierung einer Human Resource Intelligence und Analytics-Lösung (HRIA-Lösung). Es werden eine Referenzarchitektur zur Realisierung von HRIA-Lösungen vorgestellt sowie unterschiedliche Konfigurationsvarianten diskutiert. Es folgt eine vertiefende Darstellung von Data Warehouse-, ETL-, OLAP-, Reporting-, Data Mining-, Simulations- und Portal-Systemen, die als generische domänenunabhängige Anwendungssysteme zur Realisierung einer HRIA-Lösung herangezogen werden können. Darüber hinaus werden die domänenspezifischen Funktionalitäten von HR-Systemen im Hinblick auf ihre Integration in eine HRIA-Lösung dargestellt.
