Zusammenfassung
„Es gibt nichts Praktischeres als eine gute Theorie!“ Keine Feststellung könnte besser begründen, warum zu Beginn eines Buches über Change Management in Unternehmen eine Rückschau auf ausgewählte Beiträge der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion um geplanten Wandel und die Entwicklung von Organisationen hilfreich sein kann. Die Feststellung stammt von dem Sozialpsychologen Kurt Lewin, über den gleich noch zu sprechen sein wird. Sie beruht auf der Einsicht, dass erfolgreiches praktisches Handeln, das nicht nur zufällig erfolgreich ist, stets von der Annahme darüber geleitet ist, welcher Zusammenhang zwischen der gewählten Aktion und ihren Auswirkungen besteht.
