Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag skizziert vier unterschiedliche Konzepte des politischen Umgangs mit Menschenrechtsverletzungen nach Regimumbrüchen und in Post-Konflikt-Gesellschaften. Er nimmt neben den unterschiedlichen Konzeptionen auch die verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Herangehensweisen in den Blick. Er nimmt eine Unterscheidung zwischen deskriptiv-analytischen und normativ-teleologischen Ansätzen vor und versucht diese konzeptuell und begrifflich von einander abzugrenzen.
