Zusammenfassung
Im Beitrag werden die Grundsätze im Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) und der Integration von Absatz- und Wertschöpfungsprozessen erläutert. Es wird deren zunehmende Relevanz vor dem Hintergrund erhöhter Volatilität dargestellt sowie methodische Grundlagen erläutert.
Anschließend wird die konkrete Ausprägung der S & OP am Beispiel eines Unternehmens der Kommunikationselektronik beschrieben. Anhand dieses Fallbeispiels werden Erfolgsfaktoren abgeleitet und Hinweise für die Praxis gegeben.
