Zusammenfassung
Die Kommunikation zwischen Unternehmen und Kunden hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark verändert. Im Marketing hat es dahingehend einen Wandel gegeben, dass statt dem Fokus auf eine einzelne Transaktion mit einem Kunden, die Betrachtung der gesamten Kundenbeziehung in den Vordergrund getreten ist.
