Organizational Innovation Communities

Abstract

The relevance and motivation for this thesis has already been stated: i.e. to help Tom, Ina and Norm to establish a management innovation by establishing an organizational innovation community. In a first step, Tom’s, Ina’s and Norm’s experiences and struggles are checked against scholarly conversations in the field of community. Particularly, a systematic literature review categorizes and summarizes published articles, ultimately identifying research directions underpinning Tom’s, Ina’s and Norm’s intuition (Part II).
