Zusammenfassung
Das Planungssystem bietet einen Orientierungsrahmen für die Planungsaktivitäten des SCM und setzt die zentralen Elemente Informationsbasis, Methoden und Instrumente, das System der Pläne und die Planungsorganisation in Beziehung (Kap. 2-4). Die Planungsaktivitäten werden verschiedenen Planungsebenen zugeordnet und damit sachlogisch und zeitlich differenziert (Abb. 5-1). Die Planungsaktivitäten sind über ein straffes Projektmanagement zu koordinieren.
