Zusammenfassung
Hauptaugenmerk dieses Kapitels liegt auf der Organisationsebene des Global Mindsets und beleuchtet wie dieses im Unternehmen kultiviert bzw. entwickelt werden kann. Dabei geht das Kapitel im Besonderen auf die Organisationsentwicklungs-maßnahmen auf dieser Ebene ein. Eine Herausforderung dabei ist, dass sich bisher nur wenige Autoren mit dieser Spezialfrage des Themenkomplexes Global Mindset befasst haben und nur wenig Literatur über die Organisationsentwicklung des organisationalen Global Mindsets vorliegt.
