Zusammenfassung

Zur Beurteilung einer ausreichenden Sauerstoffversorgung des Organismus stehen uns eine Reihe von Meßwerten, wie arteriovenöse Blutgasdifferenz, die Kreislaufgrößen und das Standardbicarbonat u. a. zur Verfügung. Die meisten geben uns allerdings nur eine mittelbare Auskunft darüber, ob auch wirklich alle Gewebsbezirke suffizient mit Sauerstoff versorgt werden. Auf den Standardbicarbonatwert wirken neben Sauerstoffmangel noch die Nierenfunktion, Elektrolytverhältnisse und Ventilations-faktoren ein.
