Zusammenfassung

Zur Diagnose der Coronardurchblutungsstörungen führt in erster Linie der charakteristische Schmerz. Er ist ein Muskelschmerz, ausgelöst durch ein Mißverhältnis zwischen Muskelstoffwechsel und Coronardurchblutung, letztlich also eine Folge der Hypoxie des Herzmuskels, wenn auch über die Art des auslösenden Metaboliten nichts Sicheres bekannt ist.
