Zusammenfassung
Um ein Problem mit der Optimalplanungsmethodik lösen zu können, muß man an die Formulierung, Repräsentation und Lösung der Probleme eine Reihe von Anforderungen stellen. 1) So muß z.B. das Problem präzise, vollkommen und widerspruchsfrei beschreibbar sein, die Zustände müssen quantifizierbar sein und der Algorithmus muß in endlich vielen Schritten und mit wirtschaftlich vertretbarem Aufwand zur optimalen Lösung gelangen.
