Abstract

Agfa-Gevaert AG Munich are employing a fully computerised system of multiproject network scheduling and control in the development of new products. The network system is broken down by six organisational levels. A simple resource calculation is being applied at present. Networks are updated by the issue of monthly lists to be revised by user departments. Milestone reports are submitted to management. At the moment the system covers about 80 projects.
