Komplikationen in der Anästhesie

Zusammenfassung

Angeborene oder erworbene Hämoglobinopathien können unter der Anästhesie einerseits durch beeinträchtigten Sauerstofftransport (Anämie bei Hämolyse, Methämoglobinämie), andererseits durch pathologische Syntheseprodukte (Porphyrien) oder veränderte Fließeigenschaften der Erythrozyten (Sichelzellanämie) mit folgender Beeinträchtigung der Zirkulation, Komplikationen verursachen. Es wird über Komplikationen bei

    Sichelzellanämien,

  2. 2)

    Porphyrien,

  3. 3)

    Met- und Sulfhämoglobinämien

berichtet.
