Aus Gründen der Zuordnung von Komplikationen muß die postoperative Zeit in 2 Phasen unterteilt werden:

Frühphase, die unmittelbar postoperative Aufwachphase;

2.
Spätphase, die mit Komplikationen während des Krankenhausaufenthalts bis zur Entlassung befaßt ist (s. Kap. 44).
