Knochenmetastasen sind eine häufige Komplikation der Tumorkrankheit. Durch Knochenschmerzen, pathologische Frakturen, Hyperkalzämie und Beeinträchtigung der Hämatopoese können sie erhebliche klinische Bedeutung erlangen.
