Zusammenfassung

Die primäre Wechselwirkung zwischen einer Antigen-Determinante und der Bindungsstelle eines Antikörpers, gesteuert durch die Affinität, bedingt eine Reihe sekundärer Phänomene wie: Präzipitation, Agglutination, Phagozytose, Zytolyse, Neutralisation usw.. In diesem Kapitel werden wir uns mit der praktischen Seite dieser Wechselwirkung beschäftigen und wollen versuchen deren Folgen aufzuzeigen.
