Zusammenfassung

Die häufigsten klinischen Symptome des akuten Schubes eines Morbus Crohn sind Bauchschmerzen, erhöhte Stuhlfrequenz, Gewichtsverlust und Fieber. Im eigenen Krankengut litten 54% der Patienten unter starken Abdominalschmerzen mit z. T. kolikartigem Charakter. Nur etwa 7% der Patienten gaben keine Schmerzen an (Abb. 2). Der Schmerz war häufig im rechten Unterbauch lokalisiert als Ausdruck einer Beteiligung des terminalen Ileums.
