Antiparkinsonmittel werden in diesem „Grundriß“ aus zwei Gründen berücksichtigt: Sie haben einmal psychische Eigenwirkungen und werden zum anderen in Form von m-Cholinozeptorantagonisten in der psychiatrischen Pharmakotherapie als Adjuvanzien benötigt, wenn unter einer neuroleptischen Therapie extrapyramidalmotorische Nebenwirkungen (s.S. 157) auftreten.
