Zusammenfassung
Hautprobleme sind häufig nach Nierentransplantation (1–3, 7, 10). Für das Auftreten dermatologischer Komplikationen muß vor allem die immunosuppressive Therapie verantwortlich gemacht werden (8). Durch die chronische Immunosuppression entwickelt der Transplantierte eine große Anfälligkeit für bakterielle, virale und fungale Hautinfektionen. Die immunosuppressiven Medikamente haben selber auch dermatologische Nebenwirkungen und begünstigen zudem das Auftreten von prämalignen und malignen Hautläsionen. Die Vielfalt der Hautprobleme reicht von reversiblen Veränderungen bis zu malignen Neoplasien. Die Komplexität dieser dermatologischen Komplikationen verlangt eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Internisten und Dermatologen (9).
