Zusammenfassung
Bodenproben werden nach Zugabe einer gepufferten p-Nitrophenyl- phosphatlösung 1 Stunde bei 37°C inkubiert. Die enzymatisch freigesetzte Menge an p-Nitrophenol wird mit Natronlauge angefärbt und photometrisch bei 400 nm bestimmt.
