Naturfeuchte Bodenproben werden unter aeroben oder anaeroben Bedingungen nach Zusatz von Acetylen bis zu 48 Stunden bei 25°C inkubiert. Das gebildete N2O wird nach der Bebrütung gaschromatographisch bestimmt.
