Komplikationen in der Anästhesie

Zusammenfassung

Um homologe Bluttransfusionen im Rahmen chirurgischer Eingriffe einzusparen und die damit verbundenen Risiken zu reduzieren, sind eine Reihe von mit unterschiedlichen Komplikationsmöglichkeiten behafteten Verfahren entwikkelt worden:

  1. 1.

    präoperative Eigenblutspende,

  2. 2.

    isovolämische Hämodilution,

  3. 3.

    intra- und postoperative Autotransfusion des durch Blutung anfallenden Blutes.
