Wichtigste Voraussetzung sind anatomische Reposition und Stabilität. Ganz besonders wichtig ist die anatomische Reposition bei allen Osteosynthesen, die eine interfragmentäre Kompression verlangen, also bei Verschraubung und Verplattung.
