Unser Wissen über die Pathogenese des Ulcus ventriculi und der chronischen Gastritis ist trotz intensiver, weltweiter Forschung bis heute bruchstückhaft. Eine einfache, stichhaltige Theorie, welche die Ursache dieser häufigen Leiden klärt, gibt es nicht.
