Die akuten gastroduodenalen Schleimhautläsionen — auch unter dem Begriff Streßulcus beschrieben — sind Läsionen des oberen Intestinaltrakts, insbesondere des Magens, des Duodenums, gelegentlich auch des Oesophagus. Einzelheiten der Definition siehe Kap. 5.
