Zusammenfassung

Der in der Regel resultierende Synergismus beim Einsatz zweier oder mehrerer blutdrucksenkender Pharmaka hat Auswirkungen in zwei Richtungen: Das Phänomen läßt sich in der Therapie bei kombinierter Gabe unterschiedh- cher Antihypertensiva nutzen, indem die einzelnen Partner in reduzierter Dosis gegenüber einer Monotherapie und damit auch mit verringerter Toxizität angewendet werden. Andererseits kann die gleichzeitige Gabe mehrerer An-tihypertensiva leicht zu unerwünscht starkem Blutdruckabfah führen.
