Zusammenfassung

Sie ist ein neues Krankheitsbild, ausgelöst durch die Langzeitanwendung von Antibiotika bei Akne. Die Diagnose wird häufig nicht gestellt, da sie differentialdiagnostisch nicht erwogen wird. Wenngleich der Beweis nur durch die Anzüchtung gramnegativer Bakterien möglich ist, erlauben bei genügender Erfahrung Anamnese und klinisches Bild die Diagnose.
