Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff „Bullöse Dermatosen“versteht man Hautkrankheiten, welche mit Blasenbildung einhergehen. Verschiedene histogenetische Vorgänge können zur Blasenbildung führen. Histopathologisch lassen sich folgende Arten von Blasen unterscheiden:

  1. 1.

    Die subcorneale Blase.

  2. 2.

    Die akantholytische Blase.

  3. 3.

    Die epidermolytische Blase.

  4. 4.

    Die akanthokeratolytische Blase.

  5. 5.

    Die spongiotische Blase.

  6. 6.

    Blasenbildung als Folge ballonierender Degeneration.
