Die Schilddrüsenfunktionsdiagnostik hat in den letzten Jahrzehnten insbesondere durch die Einführung des Radiojodzweiphasenstoffwechselstudiums und die Möglichkeit zur Bestimmung des PB 127J sprunghaft an Genauigkeit gewonnen.
