Zusammenfassung

Nach Schubothe (16, 17, 18) unterteilen wir die Immun-Leukopenien in a) chemisch-allergisch induzierte Leukocytopenien und b) Autoimmunleukocytopenien. Die erstgenannten entstehen nach Sensibilisierung des Organismus gegen eine exogene chemische Substanz, welche bei zweiter Verabreichung zu einer akuten Agranulocytose (Morbus Schulz) (6, 19) führt. Diese soll nicht Gegenstand des Vortrages sein.
