Zusammenfassung

Verschiedene immunpathologische Phänomene können medikamentös induzierten Zytopenien zu Grunde liegen:

  1. 1.

    Komplexe des Medikaments mit Antikörpern werden an Blutzellen gebunden (9, 21, 36);

  2. 2.

    Das Medikament zeigt eine Affinität für Blutzellen, Antikörper gegen diese werden damit auch an Blutkörperchen gebunden (6, 30, 36); oder

  3. 3.

    durch Medikamente wird eine echte Autoantikörperbildung gegen Blutzellen ausgelöst (19, 36).
