Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der EUG hat sich entscheidend geändert: Mit laparoskopischen Techniken lassen sich inzwischen fast alle Fälle erfolgreich behandeln; die Schwangerschaftsraten nach laparoskopischer Sanierung sind mit jenen nach Laparotomie vergleichbar. Hingegen ist der endoskopische Eingriff nicht zuletzt auch im Hinblick auf die Gesundheitskosten vorzuziehen. Nach tubenerhaltenden Therapien muß das Serum-hCG bis zur Nachweisgrenze kontrolliert werden, da Trophoblastpersistenzen typisch sind und sich meist erst nach einer Latenz von 1–3 Wochen mit Blutungen manifestieren.
