Cerebral angiography is essential for the diagnosis of moyamoya disease and much research has been done on the nature of this disease based upon the findings obtained by means of angiography. It is, however, difficult to understand the nature of the morphological changes in brain tissue which are involved in the neurological changes in brain tissue which are involved in the neurological deficits and functional prognosis of moyamoya disease solely based upon cerebral angiography.
