Zusammenfassung

Cytologische und biochemische Untersuchungen von Zellcyclen, Morphogenesen, Differenzierungsprozessen etc. verlangen gebieterisch den Einsatz von Synchronkulturen. Auch Pilze finden als Objekte Eingang, obwohl die relativ rasch ablaufenden Prozesse (Kernteilung 5–10 Min) eine hohe Zeitauflösung im Synchronsystem benötigen, die im Minutenbereich äußerst schwer zu realisieren ist.
