Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Artikel beschäftigt sich mit einigen Fragen der Struktur des Knochengewebes. Zu dieser Erörterung muß zunächst die Morphologie der Gewebekomponenten, der Kollagenfibrillen, der Interfibrillärsubstanz und der Kristalle dargestellt werden. Schließlich sind die Fragen der Knochenbildung und der Strukturentstehung zu diskutieren.
