Zusammenfassung

Die Blutgerinnung läuft in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stadien ab:
  1. Stadium 1.

    Geringe Mengen von Thrombin werden gebildet, die nicht zur Bildung eines Fibringerinnsels ausreichen.

     
  2. Stadium 2.

    Es entsteht nach dieser Bildung erster kleiner Mengen von Thrombin eine Serie autokatalytischer Aktionen, die in schneller Thromboplastinbildung und schneller kompletter Konversion von Prothrombin zu Thrombin enden. Das so gebildete Thrombin wandelt das Plasmafibrinogen zu Fibrin.
