Zusammenfassung

Die Phosphatasefärbungen haben mit GOMORI und TAKAMATSU begonnen. Das Prinzip der Azo-Kupplung mit Fast-Blue RR ist von MENTEN und Mitarbeitern angegeben worden. KAPLOW hat dieses Prinzip erstmals in der Hämatologie verwendet, nachdem WACHSTEIN schon das GOMORI’sche Verfahren in die Hämatologie eingeführt hatte. KAPLOW hat jene Fixationsmethode benutzt, die uns allen schon von der Peroxydasefärbung her gebräuchlich und bekannt war.
