Zusammenfassung

Die Forschung der letzten 15 Jahre hat zahlreiche neue Erkenntnisse über die Entstehung des ascites erbracht. Leider ist die Literatur über dieses Thema sehr verstreut, so daß ein Überblick erschwert ist. Im folgenden wird zusammenfassend über dieses große Gebiet berichtet.
