Zusammenfassung

Transport dient in der Welt der Technik einerseits dazu, Stoffe dahin zu be fördern, wo sie zum Aufbau höherer Einheiten dienen sollen („Antransport“) ; andererseits gibt es in der Technik auch Transport, der mehr den Zweck hat, Platz zu schaffen für den Raumbedarf weiterer Fabrikation; dazu gehört der „Abtransport“ von Fertigfabrikaten, ferner von überschüssigem Rohmaterial und von Abfällen, die während der Fabrikation entstehen. Das Wort Transport enthält also den Begriff der Zweckmäßigkeit: Antransport des Notwendigen, Abtransport des Fertigfabrikates sowie des Überflüssigen und des Schädlichen.
