Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff der autoimmunhämolytischen Erkrankungen werden heute mehrere klinische KrankheitScinheiten zusammengefaßt, in deren pathogenetischem Mittelpunkt ein autoaggressiver Mechanismus steht, welcher zum beschleunigten Abbau der patienteneigenen roten Blutkörperchen führt.

Aus der Medizinischen Universitätsklinik Freiburg im Breisgau (Direktor Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Ludwig Heilmeyer), Abteilung für Immunhämatologie und klinische Immunologie (Leiter: Dozent Dr. H. Schubothe).

Die autoimmunhämolytischen Erkrankungen sind neben dem hämolytischen Transfusionszwischenfall und dem Morbus haemolyticus neonatorum eins der drei klinischen Hauptthemen der Immunhämatologie der Erythrocyten. Die hämolytische Neugeborenenerkrankung und der immunologische Bluttransfusionszwischenfall sind bereits Gegenstand früherer in dieser Reihe erschienenen Beiträge gewesen, auf die hier verwiesen werden darf [Ballowitz (1952), Schwenzer (1954)].
