Zusammenfassung
Die makroskopische und mikroskopische Anatomie des Kleinhirns ist bei Brun, dieses Handbuch Bd. V/1, S. 722 behandelt. In den letzten 15 Jahren sind die Kenntnisse über die Faserverbindungen, die vergleichende Anatomie und besonders über die Physiologie des Kleinhirns stark erweitert worden, so daß wir einem Verständnis der Kleinhirnfunktionen wesentlich nähergekommen sind. Es sind hier die Arbeiten von Larsell, Dow, Fulton, Brodal und Jansen, Aerian, Moruzzi, Snider, Meettler und Carrea zu besprechen. Aus diesen experimentellen Arbeiten ergibt sich eine moderne funktionelle Lokalisation im Kleinhirn, die hier. zu einem Bild über den Einbau des Kleinhirns in die motorischen Systeme zusammengefaßt, darzustellen versucht wird.
