Zusammenfassung
Die Masern sind eine akute, sehr kontagiöse Viruskrankheit, welche mit Fieber, Schnupfen, Conjunctivitis, Photophobie und Husten beginnt, auf der Wangeschleimhaut pathognomonische weiβe Flecken (Kopliks) zeight, worauft dann meist unter starkem Fieberanstieg ein charakteristischer roter, makulopapulö Ausschlag erscheint, der schlieβlich die ganze Körperoberfläche überzieth.
