Zusammenfassung
64-jährige Patientin, bei der am 13.05.94 akut eine sensomotorische Paraplegie motorisch komplett < TH 12, sensibel inkomplett < Th 9 auftrat. Kernspintomographisch fand sich eine intramedulläre Ischämie, beginnend auf Höhe BWK 7 bis zum Conus medullaris reichend, ohne Hinweis auf Gefäßmissbildungen. Die zunächst eingeleitete Antikoagulation mit Marcumar wurde wegen hämorrhagischer Diathese 11/95 wieder gestoppt. Nach Besserung der motorischen Ausfälle innerhalb der nächsten 4 Jahre bis zur partiellen Gehfähigkeit kam es ab März 98 zu einer erneuten neurologischen Verschlechterung mit Abnahme der Muskelkraft der Oberschenkelmuskulatur bis zum völligen Verlust der Gehund Stehfähigkeit.
