Aneurysmen der thorakalen Aorta

Zusammenfassung

Die Optimierung unseres Rettungswesens, die verbesserte Diagnostik und Behandlung des polytraumatisierten Patienten sowie die erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Gefäßverletzungen hat zu einem Anstieg der operativ behandelten Aortenrupturen geführt. Trotzden werden traumatische Aortenaneurysmen häufig spät order erst nach Auftreten von Komplikationen erkannt(4).
