Zusammenfassung

Lokale chirurgische Eingriffe bei postthrombotischen Zuständen kommen bei Ulkus und Varizen in Frage, wobei man sich zu vergegenwärtigen hat, daß es sich hierbei lediglich um Maßnahmen gegen Symptome der Abflußstörung im tiefen Venengeflecht handelt. Eine dauerhafte „Heilung“ setzt also eine Behebung dieser Stauung voraus.
