Zusammenfassung

Die 77jährige Patientin wurde wegen zunehmender Somnolenz mit der Verdachtsdiagnose „zerebrale Durchblutungsstörungen” bei arterieller Hypertonie und entgleistem Diabetes melhtus eingewiesen. Die Patientin klagte über Kopfschmerzen, Schulter- und Oberbauchbeschwerden.
